Introducing our Hanmā Custom Bunka — a 180mm VG10 stainless steel blade, made in Japan and finished by hand at Kakushin. This one’s all about clean lines and custom touches. We fit it with an oval shaped olive wood handle, fused with clear epoxy and replicas of gold bars for just the right amount of flash.

The Bunka profile gives you that sharp tip for detail work and a broad blade for solid prep power — a real all-rounder. It’s got an octagonal handle that feels natural in hand and looks even better up close. Each one’s a one-off, built to stand out without trying too hard.
