When we say unique, there is only 1 like this! A one of a kind custom assembled knife by Kakushin with a forged white #2 carbon steel blade from Sakai-city, Osaka, Japan also known as Shirogami. The tang was heat fitted and solidified with hot glue onto a tropical custom stabilized wood handle from the Netherlands resulting in this piece of art.
Petty knives are a mix between slicing and paring knives known as the ideal blade for most food preparations that require added precision. They feature scalloped edges and blades that are slightly longer than standard paring knives. Heavily used by chefs for their sharp edges, the petty is very efficient for slicing fruits, vegetables, meats or poultry and even mincing garlic, onions and delicate herbs.
