Introducing the Tetsuhiro Gold Damascus Series, a refined collection of high-performance knives crafted in Sanjo City, Niigata—a region with deep blacksmithing traditions since 1927. Forged by the respected Tetsuhiro Knife Company, this series features a VG-1 (Gold Steel) core wrapped in Damascus cladding, ensuring a balance of long-lasting sharpness, rust resistance, and striking aesthetics.
This set includes a Gyuto (210mm), Nakiri (160mm), and two Petty knives (150mm and 120mm), covering a wide range of kitchen tasks from slicing and chopping to delicate precision work. The thinner blade geometry enhances cutting performance, while the double-bevel edge makes these knives suitable for both right- and left-handed users. To maintain their exceptional edge, the set also comes with a ceramic honing rod, allowing for easy upkeep and extended sharpness over time.
