Made in Japan, the Shusaku series is forged by Hokiyama from Ginsan #3 Silver, know to be stainless and incredibly sharp. Well priced, they offer an amazing value for your money with their upraded blade finish showing a mix between tsuchime at the top and damascus at the bottom. Hardened to 61 HRC to hold a great edge without being too brittle, they are thin behind the edge and more than capable to get the job done! These won't disappoint!
