Handmade in Miki, Japan, this Okeya knife is crafted by a Father and Son from one of the hardness Japanese steel; Carbon Aogami Super Steel. With a light feeling in the hand and a incredible blade hardened to 64 HRC, it also features an uncommon double bevel "V" grind for this shape - This grind makes such honesuki shape not only ideal for butchering but also for daily utility tasks.
