Fresh oysters, a little lemon, and the right tool to get things started. The Nogent Oyster Knife keeps things simple with a sturdy blade, a comfortable handle, and a finger guard for added protection while you work.
Made in France, its compact 6 cm stainless steel blade has a tapered shape to help work your way into the shell’s hinge and provide the leverage needed to open it. The double-beveled design suits both right- and left-handed users, whether you’re opening your first dozen at home or keeping up with a busy raw bar.
The polypropylene handle is lightweight, practical, and easy to clean. An integrated finger guard helps keep your hand from sliding toward the shell, giving you a little extra confidence with each oyster.

Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
