Handcrafted in Thiers, France, each of the six knives features a polished black buffalo horn handle, giving every piece its own natural variation in tone and character. Paired with the slim Le Thiers profile and brilliant polished finish, the result is classic French cutlery with a refined, luxurious presence.
Each knife features a 112 mm blade forged from X46Cr13 stainless steel and hardened to approximately 55 HRC, offering an excellent balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. The fine cutting edge makes these knives equally comfortable slicing through steaks, roasts, and other proteins without feeling overly aggressive at the table.
The Prestige construction adds two forged bolsters, riveted handles, handmade spine chiselling, and distinctive “T” detailing, while the exclusive Château du Pirou hallmark ties the design back to one of Thiers’ historic landmarks.
