The Goyon-Chazeau Laguiole Avantage Nougat Set is one of those sets that instantly makes the table feel a little more special.
Handcrafted in France, each of the six knives features a different Nougat-inspired acrylic handle, combining warm, complementary tones with a beautiful polished finish. The classic Laguiole profile keeps that unmistakable French character, while the clean construction and glossy acrylic give the set a more modern, refined look.
These aren’t just decorative table knives either. Each knife is fully forged from X46Cr13 stainless steel, hardened to approximately 55 HRC, with a full-length cutting edge that works equally well as a steak knife or everyday table knife. Two forged bolsters and a traditional three-rivet construction give them a solid, substantial feel in the hand without making them overly heavy.
The complete set of six comes presented in a wooden beechwood box, making it an especially nice set for entertaining, gifting, or simply upgrading the knives you actually put on the table.
