Japanese Duo Glass Rest Chopsticks (Pair)
Made in Japan and beautifully presented in a Paulownia wood box, these chopsticks are crafted from part lacquered wood and another part paint-coated wood, including two matching glass rest blocks. The his and hers duo consists of two pairs each measuring 23cm in length.
Chopsticks, originating from China and now modernized worldwide, are traditional eating utensils derived from the Chinese word "kuai-tzu," meaning "quick ones." They consist of slender sticks held between the thumb and fingers of one hand. While predominantly produced from unadorned wood, bamboo, or plastic, finer and high-end models may feature exquisite lacquerwork, inlay, and engraving making them unique pieces of art.
