This Hazaki PRO Series 3-piece set is where performance and looks meet without trying too hard. The blades are forged in Seki, Japan using VG10 stainless steel, then clad in a beautiful Damascus finish that adds character without sacrificing performance. It’s the kind of pattern you notice, but more importantly, the kind of blade you actually enjoy using.
VG10 at around 61 HRC hits a sweet spot: sharp enough to feel precise and effortless, tough enough for everyday kitchen work, and still easy to maintain. These are knives made to be used daily, not babied.
Each knife is fitted with a handmade maple burl handle, crafted in Canada. No two handles are the same—each one has its own grain, movement, and personality. Beyond looks, the handle is comfortable, well-balanced, and feels natural in hand during long prep sessions.

The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
