With a slight added weight due to the thicker spine, this series remains affordable and is a great addition for any Dao Vua collector.

These steak knives are designed so sharp that they nicely slice rather than saw and rip the meat like dull serrated blades. You won't ever have to worry about getting your knives properly sharpened as these can be easily maintained like a chef's knife, even with a ceramic honing rod.
