DYI Leather Strop - Vegetable Tanned
Introducing our budget-friendly DIY Leather Strops.
Choose from induvidual sheets up to our complete kit which includes two Vegetable Tanned Leather pieces, each measuring 8" x 3" with an impressive 5mm thickness. It allows you to use the inside grain (coarse) and outside grain (soft), or two pieces of the same side customized to your specific sharpening needs. Simply secure it onto your own wooden or plastic block with adhesive, or utilize them as standalone pieces for immediate use.
But that's not all – we've also included options to gather up on some essential polishing compounds to increase your sharpening game:
- 1x 30g Brown (Coarse 500-800)
- 1x 30g Black (Medium 800-1000)
- 1x 30g White (Fine 1200-1500)

Every product listed on our website is physically in stock at our shop and typically ships within 24 hours — giving us enough time for sharpening and proper packaging.
The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
