
Sogo Elastomer Japanese Cutting Board
This Japanese-made cutting board is crafted from soft elastomer resin—a flexible, knife-friendly material that’s got antibacterial properties built right in. It’s super gentle on your blades and offers better edge contact than typical wood or plastic boards. And while it does get scratched like any board, the cuts don’t spread easily, so it keeps looking good and holding up over time.

Even though it’s antibacterial, wash it with neutral detergent after use and dry it before storing.

Over time, some discoloration might show up—totally normal. If it bothers you, a little bleach will do the trick.
