Handmade in the USA by one of the season 8 champions of Forged in Fire, Joshua Fisher also known under Edge Knife Works. A full time knife maker and Forged In Fire Champion, he started making knives when he was 22 years old. Very fortunate, Joshua has also worked with Wounded Warrior Project teaching Veterans how to make knives, tomahawks, and other tools and provide a unique experience and outlet for the Veterans.
The Bunka is a typically known as a multiple-purpose knife similar to the popular Santoku but with a tip of a Kiritsuke. Great for dicing, slicing or mincing nearly any types of ingredients, this knife will quickly become your favourite go-to.
