This cutting board features a harder white polyethylene surface than our Soft Cutting Board, which is perfect for delicate cutting tasks like sushi and sashimi. The PE board, however, is designed to handle general kitchen tasks such as chopping vegetables, meat, and fish (though it's not intended for chopping hard ingredients). Its innovative wood core makes it 30-50% lighter than traditional solid plastic boards, reducing user fatigue, minimizing the risk of injury from accidental drops, and making handling effortless—ultimately contributing to better hygiene and maintenance.
Concerned about the wood core? Rest assured that it's sterilized and completely encased in thick plastic layers, ensuring the wood remains safely protected when handled correctly.

Every product listed on our website is physically in stock at our shop and typically ships within 24 hours — giving us enough time for sharpening and proper packaging.
The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
