Custom Handmade in Russia by an independent blacksmith ваш Иван (Ivan), this Nakiri knife was Cryo-Treated at -300°. Also known as "Frozen Sharp", this skill intensive task increases the resistance to wear meaning the edge will hold much longer and the knife will stay sharper.
Resembling a Nakiri knife in shape, this hybrid-usuba features a single bevel at the primary edge and a sharpened double bevel at the secondary edge, providing a unique performance. With a higher heel compared to other chef knives, the usuba excels at precision cutting of vegetables. It is ideal for both push and pull cutting techniques and favored by those who prefer to work free-handed. The square shape of the blade allows for easy gripping, minimizing the risk of knuckle injury during chopping.

The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
