Introducing the Tetsuhiro Gold Damascus Duo — a refined pairing from the Tetsuhiro Knife Company of Sanjo City, Niigata. Since 1927, this region has carried forward a proud blacksmithing tradition, and the Gold Damascus Series is a testament to that heritage. Each blade features a VG-1 (Gold Steel) core clad in Damascus layers, striking the perfect balance between edge retention, rust resistance, and eye-catching beauty.
This duo includes the versatile Gyuto 210mm and the nimble Petty 150mm. Together, they cover the essentials: the Gyuto excels at slicing, chopping, and tackling proteins or vegetables, while the Petty shines for precision work like trimming, peeling, and handling smaller ingredients. The thinner blade geometry ensures smooth, efficient cuts, and the double-bevel edge makes both knives suitable for right- and left-handed users alike.
Forged from VG-1 stainless steel hardened to 60HRC (+/-1), these knives are built to perform and last. Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
