This Kinako is Made in Japan. Composed from Stainless Ginsan, it performs the closest to Carbon Steels without the added maintenance and can be ideal as a utility knife for the ones that prefer a higher heel.
Traditional Deba knives are know to be single-bevel and is commonly used to cut fish heads in half. Similar to the petty, but slightly different in shape, these smaller Deba's are ideal for small precision tasks that need an razor-sharp and pointy blade.

The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
