The Hazaki Pro blade was originally forged in Japan from premium VG10 stainless steel, and later customized at Kakushin's knife shop with additional sandblasting and many cycles of acid etching to reveal the full dark depth potential of the carbon content.

VG10 is known for its exceptional balance between performance and resistance, recognized as one of the most sought-after stainless steels on the market. Ideal for fast-paced environments and also suitable for home use
