Made in Japan, Tojiro Fujitora 3-Layer is the new DP series known as one of the best and affordable knife collection on the market. With a solid full-tang construction and low maintenance blade made from a highly reputable VG-10 core and a 13-chrome cladding, it can not only hold a sharp edge thanks to its high carbon content, but is also resistant to rust. The 18-8 stainless bolster with reinforced laminated handle offers comfortable and a well-balanced feeling in the hand. It simply doesn't get any better than that!
Sujihiki knives are designed for slicing nearly any type of boneless protein. The name translates to Flesh Slicer and is extremely popular in North America. While many use the long and thin blade to cut large roasts, others use it on fish and vegetables.

Every product listed on our website is physically in stock at our shop and typically ships within 24 hours — giving us enough time for sharpening and proper packaging.
The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
