Handmade in the USA by one of the season 8 champions of Forged in Fire, Joshua Fisher also known under Edge Knife Works. A full time knife maker and Forged In Fire Champion, he started making knives when he was 22 years old. Very fortunate, Joshua has also worked with Wounded Warrior Project teaching Veterans how to make knives, tomahawks, and other tools and provide a unique experience and outlet for the Veterans.

This duo includes two knives forged from W2 Carbon Steel and quenched in high-end commercial oil which heat-threats similarly to water and gives the blades an incredible hardness and edge retention. The duo contains a 240mm Gyuto and a 135mm Petty with matching yo-handle made from white micarta solidified with true pass-through rivets.
