Steeped in tradition, the Forged 1890 3" paring knife is a must-have for chefs of all experience levels. Fully forged from X50CrMoV15 steel, the blade sharpens easily and holds and sharp edge. The full tang provides exceptional balance to your hand and promotes confidence for tasks large and small. Trim fat, slice small items and clean up any unwanted garnishes with ease, the paring knife makes quick work of any kitchen task.
Petty knives are a mix between slicing and paring knives known as the ideal blade for most food preparations that require added precision. They feature scalloped edges and blades that are slightly longer than standard paring knives. Heavily used by chefs for their sharp edges, the petty is very efficient for slicing fruits, vegetables, meats or poultry and even mincing garlic, onions and delicate herbs.

Every product listed on our website is physically in stock at our shop and typically ships within 24 hours — giving us enough time for sharpening and proper packaging.
The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
