Its distinctive 120 mm blade occupies a unique place in the kitchen. One of its standout features is the unusually tall heel. Built around a full-tang construction, the blade extends throughout the entire length and width of the handle for outstanding strength and balance. Precision laser-cut from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel and hardened to ~57 HRC, it delivers an excellent balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, and ease of maintenance. The full grind and finely finished edge ensure smooth, effortless cutting performance day after day.
