The N°09 Cime is one of those pocket knives that instantly feels special. Handmade in opinel's woodshop in France, it’s got a 9cm stainless steel blade and a handle crafted from a mix of three beautiful local woods: sycamore maple, heat-treated ash, and black walnut — each adding its own character and contrast.
It’s got a clean, modern look, but with real warmth to it. The vibe? Think mountain peaks, ridgelines, and crashing waves — the kind of tool you’d want to take on an adventure.
It also features our signature safety ring to lock the blade in place (open or closed), and comes in a sleek gift box — perfect if you’re thinking of treating someone (or yourself).

Every product listed on our website is physically in stock at our shop and typically ships within 24 hours — giving us enough time for sharpening and proper packaging.
The only exceptions are custom knife assemblies or engraving, which may require 3-5 days before shipping. Everything is done in-house, so even with the extra steps, it’s still exceptionally fast.
Canadian orders can say goodbye to unexpected duties, additional customs fees and exchange rate fluctuations; all our prices are clear and upfront.
For international orders, we take care of providing the declarations documents on items from foreign countries.
