A prestige bundle made to specification exclusively for Kakushin in collaboration with an independent blacksmith in Poland. A one of a kind trio fully forged and assembled by hand this set includes 3 matching knives made from Z-Wear powder steel containing 6% of chromium and hardened at 62 HRC.

The Semi-Stainless Steel makes the blades as sharp as Carbon Steel, however less brittle and nearly as rust resistant as Stainless Steel making them ideal candidates for your home kitchen. From the long sujihiki able to slice large pieces of meat and fish, to the chef gyuto for all your primary meal preparation and to finish off with the petty for your small tasks that don't require to pull out a large blade.
