The Zelenyy duo includes a chef Gyuto for all of your primary kitchen tasks and a utility Petty for any complementary tasks that don't need a full size blade. Designed in early 2022 in collaboration with an independent Russian blacksmith under the name of ваш Иван (Ivan), this duo is a one of a kind piece. Great looking but also able to perform, the duo was cryo-Treated at -300°, also known as "Frozen Sharp", this skill intensive task increases the resistance to wear meaning the edge will hold much longer and the knives will stay sharper. With a progressive octagonal handle and rounded edges, they are both comfortable and feels great in the hand.
