The resin and wood colors used for each handle will vary and differ from one and another making each knife unique (lighter, darker, translucid, opaque).
They are heat-threated to a stable 60HRC to offer an exceptional sharpness and edge retention. Finally, you will be able to slice and dice in confidence.
