With a solid full-tang construction and low maintenance blade made from a highly reputable VG-10 core and a 13-chrome cladding, it can not only hold a sharp edge thanks to its high carbon content, but is also resistant to rust. The 18-8 stainless bolster with reinforced laminated handle offers comfortable and a well-balanced feeling in the hand. It simply doesn't get any better than that!
Considered as a poultry butchering knife, the style name translates into "bone knife". Usually known for their none-flexible blade and thick spine, this model has a sharp tip ideal to work around bones and joints.
