Material Description: Foamed Polyethylene with Abrasive

Height: 30mm
Double sided: this rub block is perfect to grind away parts of your cutting board to prevent bacteria build-up and reduce the grooves caused by your knife blade. It also has a second side that can be used to hone your knife blade.
Board Rub (Grey): Ensure your cutting board is fully dry and make a few back and forth sanding motions with the grey part of the block under you are satisfied with the look and feel. Once finished and most of the blade crevasse sanded down, clean away the residues, dry your board and add wood wax conditioner to seal it.
Knife Hone (Pink): Similar to the sharpening angle and process, however with less pressure, strop a few passes on the pink side of the block by holding a angle of approximately 20 degree.
